The purpose of this website is to provide you with an easy, no-hassle place to learn more about Mark Stassen & Company, the real estate services that I offer, my general philosphy of doing business, and other specific real estate information that may be helpful to you in whatever real estate decisions that you may be considering.

As a Realtor, Real Estate Broker, Certified General Real Property Appraiser and Mortgage Consultant, I have the education, knowledge, experience and tools to provide a "one-stop shopping" experience for your real estate needs. I also have an established team of other real estate service providers that I can call on to take care of those services that I don't directly provide like home inspections, real estate title work, real estate law, mechanical repairs, and general remodeling or maintenance work around the home.

Technology has certainly changed the real estate business for the better by making more information readily available to anyone looking for it. But all of that information can be confusing and/or misleading to someone not active in the real estate business on a daily basis.

That's why, if you are looking for the best results from your real estate transactions, it's a good idea to work with a full-time real estate professional that can guide you through the maze of information and paperwork to bring your real estate transactions to a successful conclusion.

I try to use technology not just for the sake of technology, but to help provide better service for my clients.  In spite of the technology, real estate is still a business that requires personal relationships of trust between clients and their agents, and constructive interaction between all parties involved in the transaction --- buyers, sellers, and their agents.
